I’m falling

and I’m falling away from you
in the sumertime sunshine
where there never is enough time
and the only way to understand me
is to walk through my mind
through the darkest corners
of my deepest thoughts
through the shadows
through my dreams
through the calm
and through the extreme
through the cobwebs
and complex messes
and memory lapses
as big as Texas
all the crazy chaotic things
paused, fast forward perplexed
you see my life is such a mess
and there is never enough time
