Time is Murder

I gave up on giving
on receiving
and the ones believing
in something
no one else is seeing
all this deceiving
is making me tired of trying
just seems so useless
when everyone is dying
minute by minute
life has its limits
when time is murder
killing us slowly, softly
as the days quietly
pass us by
minute by minute
every single second we die
if only a little bit
so I have given up
on giving
in this world
that has no time left
for the living
